TRANSLATION OF 'संगरोध' INTO KASHMIRI-DR.SHAFQAT ALTAF

 

 Dr. Shafqat Altaf- a senior Assistant professor at department of Kashmiri, university of Kashmir, has professional standing and repute in both school and higher education.Before landing into the department of Kashmiri,Dr.Shafqat was working as +2 Principal in jk school education department.Dr.Shafqat was a promising student and research scholar of Kashmiri department who research work gives an insight into the areas of Kashmiri lexicography which were unexplored hitherto.Dr.Shafqat has at least 100 research papers and 7 books on different facets of Kashmiri language, literature and culture at his back.Dr.Shafqat remained a member of many literary organisations viz Sahitya Akademi,jk cultural academy, lexicographical society of India,Birla foundation,Eurolex,maraz adbi sangam,adbi markaz kamraz, so on and so forth.Dr.Shafqat participated and delivered lectures in different local, national and international seminars
